WELCOME To Clear Creek Academy!

The Clear Creek Academy of Jewelry and Metal Arts is dedicated to teaching people of all ages how to make fine jewelry. Join us to stretch your imagination and explore your ability to achieve designs that you create.

Stop by and visit us on First Fridays in the Navajo Arts District
Our programs are designed to teach you the necessary fundamentals of all silver and goldsmithing. Even in Introduction to Metalsmithing, you will create two or three pieces of your own design. This allows you to practice the different skills you learn for designing and constructing gold and silver jewelry. As your skills grow, you will learn challenging new techniques such as setting different types of stones and gems in silver and gold.

Our classes can be fairly intense, yet our instructors take the time necessary to give you one-on-one instruction and feedback.

I have been a jewelry and metal arts instructor for over 30 years. When the opportunity to purchase the school, it seemed a logical step to purchase the academy. As a career educator, I am committed to establishing an enjoyable atmosphere for learning the many facets of jewelry-making and metalsmithing.

I look forward to expanding the school at our new venue and adding new classes. I will continue to invite nationally known instructors for workshops providing our students a great opportunity to broaden their experience and skill sets.
