Supply list:
- 1 small chasing hammer
- 1 small pitch bowl with pitch (if you have one, harold has two to share)
- Tool steel 1/4 inch square stock – length approximately 3.25 inches to 4.25 inches (to make a stone setting punch)
- (1) 1mm diamond drill bit
- (1) 1.2mm diamond drill bit
- (1) 2 foot piece of 26 gauge sterling round wire
- (1) 4″ length of 22 gauge sterling sheet cut into a 4 mm wide strip
- (1) 3×6″ 26 gauge sterling silver sheet
- 1 diamond disc (cheap one from China)
- 1 set of cheap diamond burs
- Sterling sheet solder (hard and easy)
- Solder shears
- At least 1 oddly shaped stone (if you bring more than one, this will enable you to choose which one would be best for the workshop)
- General hand tools
Harold will be using a variety of flex shaft bits, burs and discs. If you wish to bring what you have that would be fine. Additionally, Harold will have special materials and metals for sale at a minimum price
